By using Mindgrads you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Use of the service
You must use the service in line with our acceptable use policies and the law. You are responsible for your content and for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or terminate access if terms are breached.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in the content you upload. You grant us the licence necessary to operate the service (e.g. to process, store, and display your content). Our platform and branding remain our property.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
