By using Mindgrads you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Use of the service
You must use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Submit externally generated or plagiarised academic work that you claim as your own
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Violate any laws or institutional academic integrity policies
- Interfere with the service's operation or security
- Upload content containing malware, hate speech, or illegal material
You are responsible for your content and for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or terminate access if terms are breached.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in the content you upload. You grant us the licence necessary to operate the service (e.g. to process, store, and display your content). Our platform and branding remain our property.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
