Before purchase
Checkout shows the seller, product, price, currency, tax status, renewal interval, cancellation method, refund summary, and applicable regional disclosure. Required confirmations are separate and unticked.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page in your account, or through the Stripe billing portal linked there. Cancellation confirmation is provided and access normally continues through the paid period unless local law requires otherwise.
14-day usage-aware refund
Within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription you can request a refund from the Billing page. If none of the included AI credits have been used, the refund is the full amount paid. If some have been used, we refund the value of the credits you have not used, at the price you actually paid per credit. The refund cancels the subscription immediately.
Refund requests outside the window
Contact billing@mindgrads.com. We review duplicate or erroneous charges, service failures, unused credit packs, and mandatory local rights using the evidence recorded at checkout. Statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off right, always take precedence where they give you more.
