The reference list runs in citation order rather than alphabetically, so renumbering after an edit changes every later citation.
Editions
Mindgrads renders IEEE edition 2018. Briefs often name an edition, and the difference is not cosmetic — check the brief before you start rather than reformatting afterwards.
